Got questions? We've got answers.

01

Is the app free?

Yes, completely free. There are no subscriptions and no ads. If you enjoy the app, you can support development through the in-app Tip Jar.

02

Where is my health data stored?

Entirely on your iPhone. The app uses no external servers and no analytics tools. If you enable iCloud sync, data is backed up to your personal iCloud only, and the developer can never access it.

03

Do I need an internet connection?

No. Everything works fully offline, including scanning, since OCR runs on your device. A connection is only needed if you enable iCloud sync.

04

What documents can it scan?

Paper health checkup reports and PDFs, via the camera or your photo library. On-device OCR reads the tables automatically, and you can review and correct everything before saving.

05

What are the requirements?

An iPhone running iOS 26 or later. The app is fully available in both English and Japanese.

06

Is this medical advice?

No. Kenshin Note only records and visualizes general health information. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment advice. Always consult a physician for health decisions.
